Quality Assurance

Academic quality assurance at the American International Academy is enforced by the Academic Quality Assurance Council (AQA), according to the Standards and Guidelines for Council for Higher Education Quality (CHEQ), established for Quality Assurance in Higher Education in 2006.

A wide range of processes to be taken into consideration by the Academic Quality Assurance Council may include a number of unexpected different situations, therefore, AQA Council must run permanent revision on a number of specific details on the normative framework to keep this “tool” in the best possible conditions, as creating, classifying, evaluating and qualifying different local indicators to match with different quality standards.

Another important step that underscores the value and quality of the Academy's certificates is the authentication of all types of our certificates by a U.S. notary public, the District of Columbia government, and the U.S. State Department in Washington, D.C.

The Academy also used to have its certificates authenticated by various embassies of students before the regulations for authentication at embassies changed. Now that professional programs are not accredited by higher education institutions, This may not be possible in most embassies at present.

The U.S. State Department's authentication service is currently suspended until further notice.

ISO Certification

The American International Academy (AIA) provides the service of issuing quality certificates (ISO) to institutions in various fields, in cooperation with the Board of International Trainers in America (BITA), in accordance with international quality specifications set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Certification Quality Unit (ICQ) in the Academy and the Board.
